THE WORLD RECORD in each discipline is equal to 100 points. 


Depth disciplines are: 


Constant Weight (CWT): To go to depth and back to surface using a Monofin. The amount of weight used to go down has to be kept in the way up. The athlete swim to depths in dolphin style just with the air in the lungs. 


Constant Weight No Fins (CNF): Athletes go to depths swimming in breast style in one breath. 


Free Immersion (FIM): Competitors Freedive holding their breath to depths using their arms strength, pulling the rope in the way down and back to surface.  


In order to win the World Cup Athletes will dive 5 times, choosing discipline each day. The best performance per discipline will be scored to give the final result and the Big Blue World Cup Winner
